All products offered are furniture items (including sofas and related furnishings). Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for information purposes. Minor variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via:

- Debit/Credit Cards
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
4. Klarna Payments
When choosing Klarna as a payment method, Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply. By selecting Klarna, you agree that Klarna may perform necessary checks and provide payment options according to their policies.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only unless otherwise stated.

6. Right to Cancel & Returns (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund using the original payment method (including Klarna) within 14 days.
7. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom‑made or personalised furniture
- Goods made to the customer’s specific requirements
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@qualitysofas.uk. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
